Chapter 9: Living as Light

 

The journey from physical health to bliss is a process of unlearning and relearning. It’s about shedding the old patterns, the limiting beliefs, and the attachments to suffering that keep us stuck in our physical or mental struggles. It’s about moving through the layers of the body, mind, and energy systems in such a way that we can eventually reach the highest vibration: bliss.


Bliss is always there, waiting for us. It’s encoded in our very being, part of our true nature. But to access it, we must first clear away the blocks that obscure it. We need to understand how to work with the body, how to heal the mind, and how to align ourselves with the subtle energies that support our well-being. Only then can more easily access the deepest level of our being, where bliss resides. Toxins of the mind and body often create a veil or fog over our beings, keeping us from noticing or allowing bliss to shine in. 


So, while bliss could have been the starting point, this journey unfolded in the way it needed to. It’s a journey that requires patience, self-awareness, and an openness to new possibilities. As we peel back the layers of limitation and illusion, we find our way back to that place of pure bliss that is our true essence.
